ProPhonic 2X-S
The ProPhonic 2X-STM is a custom dual-driver earphones for in-ear monitor (IEM) systems that combines exceptional sound quality with the most comfortable material available. The 2X-S is the standard of excellence in touring sound, used religiously by hundreds of high profile artists. Each earphones employs dual micro-transducers to deliver powerful bass response along with crystal-clear mid and high frequencies. Working from ear impressions made by an audiologist, our technicians mold transparent, soft gel silicone around these miniature speakers to give the 2X-S its final form. Finally, a durable Teflon-coated cable is permanently affixed to complete the product.
With its superb fit and seal, the ProPhonic 2X-S provides up to 37 dB of broadband isolation from ambient sound, while the dual-driver design provides high-resolution audio. Shure Earphone Sleeves
Many musicians are users of Shure personal monitor systems, which are supplied with universal-fit earphones. Others use the consumer or gaming versions of Shure earphones. It's easy to improve the performance of these earphones by adding a custom-fit sleeve to replace the supplied "fit kit" adapters. Shure has chosen Sensaphonics as the designer and manufacturer of soft-gel silicone molds that convert their universal-fit earphone designs to custom-fit products. ER Series Custom Earplugs
Sensaphonics ER Series high fidelity earplugs were developed specifically as hearing protectors for musicians and production personnel who are exposed to unsafe sound levels. Unlike the muffled sound quality produced by over-the-counter earplugs, the ER Series is specifically designed with music in mind, making them perfect for concert-goers as well. ER Series earplugs give balanced sound reduction with very little disruption of frequency response. Definition of mid and high frequencies can be heard clearly for a safer, yet truly musical listening experience.
ER Series earplugs are different than any others on the American market. First, ear impressions are made by an audiologist. Then, custom molds are made of a unique, super soft silicone gel, so they can be worn for hours without discomfort. Now available, Westone is proud to offer the latest in custom fit in-ear monitoring. The ES3 is the world's first true three-way in-ear musicians monitor. While triple driver in-ear designs, including Westone's own ES2b, have been available for some time, such designs merely utilize an additional bass driver to increase low-end response. Three drivers do not, however, equal a three-way design. The difference is in the crossover. The ES3 is designed with a low, mid and high frequency driver, providing clarity, punch and detail that has to be heard to be believed.
